I'm using the one that's big enough. The bigger part is my return.Okay on to the sump. Any 66 Gal.owners that used a stock sump. The sump is split into thirds. One of those thirds is again split in half. Only one of those half is big enough for the skimmer. Is that the chamber you using for the skimmer? Or are you using the other side. The side that's a full third chamber.

Spoke with Steve today about some concerns over the size of the sump with the 150 gallon. He was more than willing to swap out the stock 150 sump for the 120 sump. I was all ready to do this and he asked why. I explained I needed a little more room for ATO reservoir. He offered to modify the baffle at the end of the stock 150 sump to make a closed off 10 gallon reservoir. I took him up on it. I will let you all know how it works. I do plan to upgrade the sump at a later date, but depending on how it works initially, who knows, maybe it will stay for the long haul.
I had the same issue with my clamps and replaced with the home Depot sst clamps. No issues at all.I am using the standard clamps provided with my 66g. However, they seem to be rusting rather fast. Any suggestions for replacement clamps?
Also, it seems that my plumbing was flawed. I left too much space between the point where the PVC overflow pipe ends and my sumps water level. Its noisy and splashes too much. I don't want to glue more PVC to this and would rather clamp some vinyl tubing at the end.
Would a piece of 1.5 inch vinyl tubing clamped to the PVC work?
