School tank being drained - help needed

The large tank at New river Middle School has developed a vertical crack down the front left joint of the tank. It is not leaking, but could give any time. I will not be able to attend, but Herman and Larry are meeting at 11am tomorrow at the school to drain the water and remove the rock. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could help. The most important think is people, but we will also need hoses, buckets, and possibly rolling rubbermaid containers or such to move the rock.

If anyone is available we can greatly use your help tomorrow for a few hours at the school. Please check in at the front office on your way in. Feel free to give me a call. 305-773-9295

This is a potentially very dangerous situation especially with kids around. I'll be off next week so I can't take time off tomorrow, but hopefully some of our college kids will be able to help out. Remember guys, this is the school where we hold our meetings and have scheduled the next Frag Swap. We need to take care of them.

If I had not been home the last two days with a sick child I would be there. But with the selling season here....

I hope that it goes well. Where are you going to put the rocks and stuff? Thats a lot of tank. What are the plans to replace it?

i may be available. ill try calling Chris in the morning unless there is a better person to call once i know for certain.

I would like to help and can be available but on Friday! If there's any way to hold off one more day, Ill go w buckets, containers a hose, free time and strong young back!! Please let me know...

Can't make it tomorrow. Only 2 more days in the office before a 2 week vacation.

Is the tank being repaired or replaced?

I can come help. I have 1 rubbermaid container with the rollers and can bring a few buckets. I also have misc. other items if needed, like heaters if we have to move fish and what not.

Let me know.

Any help you can give would be great Matt, thanks!

I called Chris about 2:00 pm when I saw the message. I left a message to call me since I am 2 minutes away. He never called so I hope that everything went OK. Good thing that he didnt. I spent over 2 hours trying to ship 3 packages online with USPS. It was so busy, it kept timming out. I had to try about 7 times. I almost gave up. Thats what I get waiting till the last minute!!!

Chris:
I will volunteer my college age son Friday if you can use him. Please text me at 954-298-8230 or call me at the number if you can use him.

As far as I heard everything went well. The water, rock, and sand were taken out of the tank in about 2 hours. Thank you to all that helped!
