Less than barely. It was used for 5 hours during the CFM.

You'll be fine with the 400. Just run a 20k bulb and nothing else lol. Raise it a few inches higher than normal also. Have you decided on a reflector? Lumenmax3 or elite would be really nice.
Do you plan on adding supplements to your tank such as vho or t5's for more blue? If so then get the 250w
