SCMAS January Meeting

Glad to see you guys coming Jake. As a side note, we did get some snow but it has stopped now, the roads leading out here are wet mostly. Should not get any worse later I wouldn't think.
 
Ditto, Thanks a ton Chris and the 600 family. :D It was a fantastic turn out, I believe the best turn out yet! Can't wait to see everyone next month! :)

Thanks alot again Chris for the invite to your lovely house. Your tank looks so much better then I remember the first time seeing it. I think those new reflectors have a great deal to do with it. Very nice. I will frag that micro for you soon.
 
It was fun, glad you all liked it! I thought my basement was fairly large, but you could hardly move there were so many people!

Chris! Wow! What can I say, excellent turnout and an excellent meeting. Thanks so much for hosting. Thank to SCMAS too for the pizzas. That was very generous of the club. Chris, that BK rocks! After seeing your plumb job, I wanna get started on mine. LOL! Your system was very well planned. Almost a booboo on the size of the BK fitting on your sump huh? Glad you were able to squeeze it in there. Again, thanks for allowing folks to view that wonderfull 6 you have.
 
Thanks Chris it was a great meeting. Thanks SCMAS for the pizza I think that went pretty good and Scott for the raffle items. Even though I won nothing.

yeah I second that, a lot of raffle items generously donated by scott. Too bad i didnt win either, but that was very cool. And free pizza to boot. I think the bar has been set now for future meetings, Are you guys planning on inviting another LFS owner to the next meeting with raffle items?

It sounded like a tremendous turnout. So far for nextr month no LFS owners, but there may be a guest speaker...maybe. Details will come soon..

Thanks for welcoming all of us into your home, this was
one of the best turnouts we've ever seen. It was great to meet so many new people, I hope to see them at future meetings.
A special thanks to Scott of Exotic Tropicals, who really went out of his way to support the club with his donations.
 
Hey, I just wanted to pop in and say thank you for the meeting. It was really fun getting to know you guys. I had a great time and was totally blown away by Chris' tank. It is beautiful, and the moment I saw it I have decided that I need a bigger tank. I am going to look at a complete setup tonight after work (75 gallon).

I love my zoos. They opened after about 10 minutes in my tank. I will get some pictures this week. I was actually looking for a frag very similar to them. Thanks again Scott for the great give-aways.

I am really looking forward to coming next month. See you guys then.

Thanks to Chris for hosting the meeting. Your tank was just about all any of us could hope to have in our own Familyrooms. Thanks to SCMAS for feeding the group, and a special thanks to Scott for bringing so many items to raffle.
 
Hey everyone,

Chris, thank you for hosting the January meeting, it was a blast. I had a great time and it was nice to put some names and faces together. I am glad so many people turned out with so many new faces. Not only the sheer size of Chris’ tank, but his attention to detail is most impressive. It is nice to have a friend that built us a blue print to large tank and is willing to share it with us all. Thank you to the SCMAS for the food and beverage, thank you to everyone that joined us, thank you all for kind words. And you are very welcome for the raffle items.

We have monthly meetings, and there aren't any dues.
You are more than welcome to attend the February meeting.
