hello all...

introduced a new member to my FOWLR tank last night a 2 inch long scopas tang (sorry no foto my sister trod on the camera smashing the screen!!! and my phone camera officially sux!!!!) settled in quite well but quite shy, i had him eating nori last night... but this morning i woke to find him hideing and breathing flat out... worried i left the lights off all day leaving just the sunlight to light the tank....

tested all parameters and found all to be normal except for salinity a little low 1.021. have since corrected that and have it at 1.025 now. temp is at 78 but he still seems to be stressing out... im going to leave the whole tank alone for 24 hours with only monitoring from a distance to try not to spook him but has anyone got any suggestions to get this guy to calm down a bit... there is only a small banner fish as a tankmate with plenty of rockwork, tank has been running for 6 months with some clowns and damsels... now removed. tank is also 100 gallons...

have i done all i can or has anyone got any advice? im only too happy to learn more... thanks

adam
