Scopas v. Kole

I am considering rebuilding my 90g tank and am looking at putting one tang in the tank. I like the coloration of the Kole. I also like the coloration of a purple and Sailfin tangs but know that they are too big to be kept in a 90g tank. I am considering the coloration of the Scopas tang as an alternative. If you had to choose between a Kole or a Scopas, which one would you pick and why? Please include survivability, temperament, feeding habits, etc. I am considering starting a mixed reef tank if that helps. TIA for all of your input.

scopas need as mush swimming room as purples IMO and can be more aggressive.

Thanks, I wonder why the Tanks for Surgeonfish thread states that Scopas need a minimum 75g tank with 4 feet. Oh well.

Koles are a great choice. IMO a 90 is the min I would keep a scopas or a purple.

I'd also agree with a Kole in your situation (I like them better in general anyway).

i'd prepare kole i've 1 in my tank & purple tang as well.
