Score!

Trading Post, a local "everything" chain of stores had a sale tent; yesterday they added 50% off the bargain price. I checked to see if it was still good, and not hard like some of the dollars store tubes can be, it wasn't so I dug out out all ten tubes. I seem to go through soo much of this stuff. Best part is, this is the same tube I pay $4+ for at the HD.

fridge, when I made knives for Case cutlery we kept our "locktite" super glues in the fridge due to heat being one of the parameters for curing such adheasives. it wil prolong the life of the glue by months.

havnt tried those from harbor freight, for me those from the $1 store doesnt work well underwater,

in the same line of thought, wonder if we can get some sort of deep discount group buy for the a hundred of the loctite 10g tubes!!?

IME the best way to get a decent volume of good quality CA is to buy from a hobby source that turns over a lot of material, i.e. Walt's Hobby in Syracuse, or a mailorder place like Tower Hobby. You can get a 2oz bottle for maybe $6 - $8 which is a fraction of the cost per unit than buying little tubes (at normal prices) and will likely be fresher and better quality, too.
