I wonder who 'owns' the original material - Scott or TFH? If the former, perhaps he can e-publish eventually. I too would love to have the remaining volumes.
That dream died for me a long time ago. I do think it's worthwhile for more people to contact them. If they get a lot of questions, it might demonstrate an interest and get them to revisit. Probably not, but it might.
What e-mail did you contact? About 90% of mine have gone unanswered over the years.
Hi, I send the e-mail to "info at tfh dot com" and amazingly received an answer in an hour. I said in the mail that, fans of the book would appreciate even the e-book version, but still the answer was a polite no.
Can anyone contact Mr. Michael about this subject?
Also, I know he has an account here, so, with luck, he'll see this thread. (it was set up so long ago, and he doesn't post much, so I actually don't even remember what his username is)
