langchin.....I'd like honest answers....Are there flatworms in the sps tank? If so, are/were you or other employees aware that they are there? IF someone is aware, are customers being informed that the tank is infested with FW?

Definitely less customer service then I would expect, or accept. I think that, "We have identified the problem employees and are now dealing with that issue to move towards rectifying our problems with customer service" might have been a tad more effective.

Eric,
I think a lock on this thread would constitute simple censorship....not something that RC is trying to promote these days. I think the bashing should continue until things change at the store....public opinion is a powerful weapon....if a store alienates that many people, I think they have a right to tell as many others as will listen, whether it be in person or via this forum. There are newcomers to this forum everyday....and there are some that wish to tell the entire world how dissatisfied they are with the store.

This can be a double edged sword....If you don't like the bashing, don't read the thread.....



Having said all that, all the recent bashing and subsequent posts from Langchin have actually made me start to believe that maybe there is somone there that cares....and after a very long hiatus, I'm actually thinking of wandering back in there.....if for no other reason, to see who this Langchin guy is.....

Well said. If these posts were written in that tone and in an informative manner, instead of an immature bashing manner I would not have a problem with them. But as it has been said before, it's getting old.

And as for RC and censorship...well I wont go there

I would also recommend stopping by there. I was out in that area about a month ago and spoke with Chris and some of the other employees, it seems the o r i g i n a l Scottââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢s thread did have an impact. Like most any store, as a newbie you can get ripped off...but with knowledge it is definitely a place where you can get the better side of the deal...

I would challange you to quote anywhere in the thread that could be defined as immature or bashing.

Additionally, if everyone lets the thread die and continues with new conversations, this one will sink into oblivion. But everytime you repost to condem it, it rises to the top.

I stopped in there just to check things out, this past weekend. It looks like they are making a real effort to improve in SW. Yes, I saw one tank with flat worms.... but flat worms are not the worst thing in the world anyway. They will get rid of them (as most of us have) and I would bet, at least recently they have been telling buyers to dip and that a QT tank is a real good idea.
