SCWD Functionality for higher capacity.

Are there any devices that perform the same function as an SCWD (alternating current from ONE pump) that can handle much higher flow rates from larger diameter plumbing?

I see this quote in the SCWD description but cannot find the device descibed.

"A great alternative to expensive electronic ball valves."

Looked like they do custom stuff which would be good.
