I just went to the site and it seems like it's working fine.

hmmm...yes that would make sense if I had done something wrong. But, what explains other computers not working either? I'm definitely perplexed and frustrated. Thanks anyways

peculiar indeed...the site/login works on my phone as long as I'm not connected to wifi.

The request could be timing out.

At my work we have Websense which blocks pages. If my phone is connected to the network and it's a blocked site I'll get that error because the phone can't show me the Websense login and the request times out.

It could also be that the server is overloaded with requests which would explain why some people can get there and others can't. It could also be something totally different.
