Whoa. So what is goblin? Like a scorpion or stonefish or something? Deff. Cool looking. Congrats!

Goblin = Inimicus sp. = stingfish

Ghoul = Chorydactylus = stingfish

Both are members of the stonefish family (Synanaceiidae).


Woogie,

Sweet-looking fish...I agree with Frank...I bet it does color-up nicely for you. Goblins are very cool fish, and one of the "must-haves" for scorp collectors.
 
I am 95% certain that it is some sort of parasitic isopod or the like.

One good thing about this species is that when he sheds his cuticle the parasite should come off with it.

it sure does look like it has a parasitic isopod attached to the lower portion it its eye. The top "fringe" is a skin tassle
