can you change my order th to Green Galaxia DM01 for $2 and DM05 Pagoda @ $2.00 instead of the $8? That would change the price to $46.00, and I would be taking two of the 5 possible $2.

They should be honoring the shipping, FED-EX's plane had issues therefore our order was late and all dead, it wasnt the shippers fault nor ours, It was 100% fed-ex's fault.... So fed-ex should have sent credit back to the shipper and in return the shipper can then send our package out on fed-ex... Thats how I feel about it anyways... Why in the world should we pay for shipping twice ? I can see if one or two things were dead but the complete order was DOA ...

I agree with Krazy K! I'm alittle skeptical about ordering from them. Temps are on the fall. No guarantee I can't say i agree with their policy at all.

Nickels, I'm sorry I will not be able to hold your order for you until the meeting. There is no way I can hold the worms, pods, and snails until the meeting. If it was just a couple corals, I could acclimate them and then wrap them back up for the meeting. Unfortunately these items won't last longer than a day or two floating. I'm also reluctant to put the rubble rock in my tank as I just got finished with a nutrient spike from adding rubble a few weeks ago. Please set up a time to meet me for pickup.
