I got one frag :) And you all will probably laugh at me when you find out what I got.

Order was placed...$375 for items and $87 shipping.
Item total will go up when they add the heat pack on at the confirmation time...but will go down when they take off the 14.92% (shipping was more only because there were more items this time...something like 49 items so less than $2 per item for shipping overnight)

Couldn't do the $2 menu items because we were getting the 14.92% discount. (I asked SeaCrop Mary to be sure)

So Ken's Thursday around 5:30ish?

So, how is shipping cost split?
Tally my item numbers and multiply by $2....?

FedEx reimbursed for the first time shipping. SeaCrop was out entire order :(

If you want to see if they can make FedEx pay for the second shipment you can Email her or AIM her.

Mary was just saying an average per item. We were trying to see if it was worth picking up at the airport instead..it was $4-5 less. A better shipping price starts at 100 items or something like that.

So technically, you paid for shipping the first time right? and they got reimbursed for it? so then what they got reimbursed for they should take off our shipping total rather then us paying for the shipping twice? (or am I just confused here)

Seacrop was out the order because they failed to provide heat packs as requested, Fed ex just helped the process... :(

I dunno, I dont agree with it, But I'm not gonna argue with anyone over it, I'll just pay my share...

Sir Kensington,

It was, shall we say "A do-over" of sorts. We started from scratch. FedEx had to give back the money to SeaCrop because they didn't deliver the package as contracted. SeaCrop lost money because they had to give us credit for the coral loss. The employees of SeaCrop were much more upset that the coral died then the financial loss (they never mentioned the money part...just the sadness over the coral). They all knew we asked for heat packs. They don't know where the process broke down and are looking into it.

We did get full credit to start over. The only thing we lost was the time of getting together and getting the corals.

I, on the other hand, had the complete and utter joy of putting in the order twice, working out the credit and opening the bags of the dying and dead. Ah...let's not forget the glasses of wine because of the stress....I'm sure SeaCrop Mary won't forget that part ;)

As of now, the order has been confirmed by SeaCrop and "HEAT PACKS" are duly noted.

Cheers,
Penelope

Ok as long as you didnt get charged twice for the shipping, thats what had me mad for a mintue, but like I said I was "confused"

Not a big deal, but I'm lookign forward to new coral tommorow :D
