seahorse wont eat, breathing heavy

hi, i am new here and need some help. i have a 90g tank with h. reidi and one stopped eating. he is breathing heavier than normal also. water params ok. 75 deg 1.024 nitrates maybe 5. he is the newest tot the tank. been in there about 2-3 weeks. pouch may be a little swollen, should i clean it out? when new he would only eat frozen and now he wont eat anyhting, just kinda hangs out in one spot, too. any help you can give would be great. thank you.

Could you please provide a little more information.

Please list all your current water perameters .
What tank mates do you have in with the horses?

What are you feeding?

Please give more detail when you say his pouch is a little swollen. Is this horse having bouyancy problems or can he swim normally?

When they start breething hard it is usually to late.

no buoyancy problems. pouch is just not smooth and flat. what else do you want to know about the water? ph is 8.0-8.1 and no ammonia. i dont know nitrites.only thing in there is horses. all brazilian reidi. 6 total. live rock with some polyps. 3 sponges and 3 gorgonians. t5 lighting. feed frozen hikari mysis, and pe mysis live brine and ghost shrimp. he doesnt pay any attention to food.
