Sebae anenome

Hey everybody I purchased a med size sebae anenome on Wednesday from my LFS.
I placed it on a small rock a few inches off the sand bed. It has since stayed there but, every time I feed it either mysis shrimp or a piece of silverside he seems to not want it and just move it off him.
Could he still be trying to acclimate to the tank or is it not the right food?

They prefer to be in the sand bed. Don't try feeding it until it has settled in.

+3 on using this seafood medley^^^...It's a mixture of squid, shrimp, octopus, scallops. I've used it for over 10 yrs & my sebae, RBTA, BTA, maxi-mini & carpet nems have all scarfed it up, no problems. You might want to stay away from feeding silversides. There's plenty threads on here about healthy nems dying suddenly after being fed silversides. What lighting do you have over the tank?
