Second Annual Classroom Coral Reef Open House & Frag Swap

Here's the basic 411:

Where: Honeoye Falls-Lima Middle School; 619 Quaker Meetinghouse Rd. Honeoye Falls, NY 14472

When: Saturday March 20th; Noon-4:00 PM

What: Check out the classroom reef aquarium, swap frags, rub elbows with other local reefkeepers, students, and community members, and discuss all things reef!

I'll have more details to follow; I just wanted to get this up so folks could get it in their calendars!:wave:

I don't want to let this slip down too many pages, so here's a self-promoting bump!

Also...

I haven't heard anything else about the Rochester February swap, (and I don't want to step on anyone's toes/pee in anyone's cornflakes).

Would anyone be interested in swapping frags and/or setting up a small tank? I've got lots of tables, electrical outlets, and real estate available.

There was basically no swapping last year; partially due to the fact that there was a big swap at ARC the day after the open house, and lots of folks traveled out to Buffalo to swap.

If the Roch thing doesn't happen before 3/20, I'd be happy to incorporate a larger scale swap into the open house. If it does happen, I don't mind if swapping is minimal or non-existent at the school event.

If you know that you'd like to set up at a table at the open house, shoot me a PM. If you're not sure and are waiting to hear about the fate of the Roch swap, you can let me know and I won't get my feelings hurt if you're just planning on swapping there. Also, if you're a last-minute Louie, you can PM me by Monday, March 15th, I'll be sure to have space available.

part of that is due to my absence the last month. I deleted messages...but whoever was asking about my yoga studio...PM me.
 
I dont really have much to swap.
I'll be there regardless. It would be super if I might be able to pick something up in addition to seeing your project.
 
Didnt make it last year Gonna really try this year. and if I can pick up a few things so much the better.

Swap sounds fun. I dont know if you can have too many of them. Seems as though different people show up at different locations depending on schedules.
