Seeding 10g with copepods...

So I'm wanting to seed my 10g with copepods... For a couple reasons... 1 if I breed clowns the baby's will have something to hunt..or 2 I get a red scooter blenny (still just a thought don't get upset)

Anyways how many is a good idea to start with? I was thinking either 300 or 500 is this to many or not enough?

You can add pods, but be sure they're a type that will survive and breed your tank, like tsibe.

Also, you seem to know that people are going to tell you this - a scooter in a 10 gallon is a recipe for failure. Even if you get one that eats frozen, these fish eat constantly and will plow through all the pods in a 10 gallon in short order. They're a little more adaptable than mandarins, but they're still dragonets.

Do you have a refugium?
