Seemingly Health Mystery Wrasse Died

I have had a Mystery Wrasse in my tank for about 4 months or so and it seemed to be very healthy. It ate well, looked well fed, no signs of sickness. This is a 75 gallon tank with 2 clowns, neon goby, Kaudern's cardinal, blackline blenny and yellow assessor. All other fish seem fine. Any idea what might cause this? Is there a parameter I should look at? PH runs about 8, Temp is 78, Salinity is 1.025. Tank seems fine other than my SPS corals are pale. :( But that topic is for another thread!

Thanks!

Internal parasites are the most likely suspect. But sometimes it does "just happen".

Did you QT and treat the fish with anything prior to introduction?

Only QT was to make sure it was eating and observe for two weeks. It seemed very healthy up until the point when it just disappeared. Then I noticed some debris floating on top of the water that I suspect is fish remains after crabs got a hold of it. Oh well. Thanks.
