Seio`s Multicontroller

my LFS in southwest missouri said he may be able to get his hands on one for me - he sells SEIO products. He mentioned he would be getting them in from california (fwiw). He didn't know that they were coming out until i e-mailed him about them and said i'd buy one if he got one.
maybe the best plan is for all of us to let our LFS know we want them - so they can let their whosalers know, and the ball can get moving... just a thought

If a seller of SEIO didn't know they were around, then I doubt we will be seeing them soon. Of couse your LFS may be a small-time seller and is farther down the "to know" list...

Seio only. You might be able to get them to work on other pumps but there is no guarantee you will get consistant performance out of them.

My lfs has them. he's selling them for $169.99. I didn't buy one yet, but it said that you can only use m1100 or higher which kinda sucks because I already have 2 m820s.

Who is the lfs? and could you give me the phone # I'll order one from him or ..if anyone knows of an online company ( I check several everyday) thanks

Ahhhh Yeahhhh.

And I was about to drop a TON of $$$$$ on the Tunze 7100x2 set.

Jim

Based on my experience with the Seio 1100, I think you are still better off dumping the money in the Tunze.

Simple, they just don't restart. Same problem most other people have with theirs. As well I think they are very susceptable to calcium precipitation. More so than others. Must be the heat.

Most other people?

I guess I am just lucky. I used a Seio 1500 and a Stream 6060 on my 125 and after short power outtages it was the Tunze that wouldn't restart two different times. Seems nobody is perfect.
Based on most of the threads I've seen the restart problem isn;'t rare but hardly widspread either.

ime it is the 1100's which have trouble restarting, no problems with the 1500 or 2600.

I'll agree with that. I have 4 different 1100's and 2 of the 820's and my 1100's always fail to restart after a power interuption without banging on them. The 820's restart every time.

It is not a unverisal problem with 1100's. I turn mine off twice a day, never failed to restart. Over a year old.

I have a Seio 820 and a 1100, they start up every time. Occasionally my Tunze 6060 takes a few minutes to start.

Likewise for me. I have a Seio 1100 and a 1500 that start up every time after they are turned off. I've had them for two years.
