Selcon...to use or not to use???

I use Selcon every day but I don't usually just put it in the tank where I think it just adds some pollution. I feed it to black worms before I feed the worms to the fish, I feed it to two day old brine shrimp before giving them to fish and I soak food in it before giving it to fish. It makes black worms nice and big and juicy.
I rarely turn off the pumps and inject it above my gorgonians but they seem to enjoy it.

I've started using it to soak frozen brine. I've heard it has alot of fattening agents. And that's just what my mandarin can use, a fattining up.

I use it as an additive to my homemade fish and coral food, although I use Selco, not Selcon. It's a good food for getting breeding pairs, etc, in shape. I don't plop it in the water column any more, though.

I think Selcon is good stuff, and I mix it into my homemade fish food every time I make a batch.

I soak frozen food in the stuff and feed to my baby Banggai Cardinalfish. Seldom add it to the main tank.
