Jamie,

I'm trying to figure out how I'd be able to get a truck to Fort Drum to get that as it is a super sweet deal but want to make sure I can do that before I say I'll take it.

Question for you though, allglass cages shows 125 at 72x18x22 so I'm wondering if your dimensions are right was it a custom made tank? I haven't really shopped for one that size so am unfamiliar...

Melanie

I am curious about the tank size also. 60x18x24 = 112 gallons. For the overflows, are they hang on or is the tank drilled??

Mel...I could deliver it for the cost of gas if you are interested. Let me double check the dimensions, but is is a 125 Tall. I can get a few more pictures!

:)

Here are a few pictures of how the overflows are set up...

I double checked the dimensions. It is a 60X18X24. The stand and canopy is 80" tall. The stand is at about waist level so you dont have to bend down to look at things...which is really nice.

Strange.
The well known formula for calculating aquarium volume is
length x width x height divided by 231
This would be 60 x 18 x 24 / 231 = 112 gallons

:D It was great to meet you and your family today Jamie! Thank you so much for everything! I've been toying around w/ everything since you left like a kid on Christmas morning. Speaking of... your kids are adorable by the way.

Oh, and I figured out the whole tank dimension dilemna... manufacturers usually measure the entire outside including molding which = 60.5 long x 18.5 wide x 26 tall which equals 29100.5 divided by 231 = 125.98 gallons. :)

PM me if you find that email address. If you can't though, no biggie.

Hope you had fun @ SLT! Thanks again! :)

Melanie,

I am so happy that you like the tank. We enjoyed meeting you and your husband and seeing your mini-zoo. Your tank is beautiful. I loved it and I hope you will be happy with the larger tank.

State Line Tack was amazing. I was in heaven. I loved it!!!!! I still had enough gas money to make it home after selling the tank, but it was close! LOL!

We stayed the night in Rochester and just got home a little while ago. It is a nice city. We had a blast!

Jamie :)

I've had that dimension and it was sold as a 120. Its in the ballpark. If we all measured our tanks minus all the glass or what have you there would be less than labeled.
