Selling Stepvan and tankless hot water heater

Selling a brand new Takagi T-K1S (TK1S) Tankless Gas Water Heater still in box. I bought two and only installed one. Cut my electric bill by $50/month (boy we need that with our tanks)Runs on Propane Gas. http://www.tanklessexperts.com/model4.php I Paid $1300 plus tax. Will sell for $900.

1968 Grumman 16' Stepvan. Body is in great shape. Runs but needs TLC. Great for Work or to use as Signage for your business or storage shed. Worth alot more than I'm asking. $1500

Hmmm, I wonder would that water heater run off of a regular propane cylinder, or would you have to installed a large propane tank?
My house doesn't currently use gas for anything.
If it would, I wonder how often you'd have to refill the cylinder?

I have a 100 pounder outside that runs my entire house (4000 sq ft)Stove,dryer,water heater for 4 people and it took a whole year to use it up
