Set up calcium reactor help

Hello,

Sorry, for being stupid here.

I purchased a secondhand Bubble Magus Calcium Reactor, and have been trying to put it together.

I think I have it sorted, and the CO2 will feed in via the bottom of one of the attached tubes.

However, what do I do with the white pipe coming from the top of the other tube, connected to the top of the pump pipe work ?

This looks like it may be for effluent and it has a valve and extra tubing. Does this just go back into the sump water ?

If so, what is the point of the valve ?

If anybody has the link to an instruction manual or recognises if this is a c120 ?

Thanks

To me it looks like:
The red line is the feed to the reactor.
The white line with the valve is the return line to the system.
CO 2 is dispensed into the small clear cylinder with the red tub on the bottom aka bubble counter.
Looks like there is a ph probe in there too (yellow cap with cord).
