SFV Reefers

So I know there are some efforts going into making a new reef club for LA but the truth is LA is big. So I just want t know who is in the San Fernando Valley and where exactly. I am in Sherman Oaks and I am tired of seeing how confused people look or sound when I tell them that. It's not that obscure!

I am basically looking for very local people (neighbors would be cool but maybe too close) to trade frags with or just work on tanks with. So here is a shout out to all my new SFV friends! There is also power in numbers IE group buys and watching out for certain things that people are looking for. Anyway, I hope someone in the valley sees this. I met a couple valley people so far and I would like to establish something of a network.

Let's see what happens.

Oh yeah and feel free to post your tank pics. Because really that's how people recognize people here. Forget facial features or names. It's all about tanks. But yeah you can post face pics too.:beer:

I'm in Simi Valley. Sherman Oaks is a breeze compared to OC. I'd be on board for sure.

Sweet. I still need to take a tank shot. Thechad21, I really like your rock work. Did you epoxy it together? Oh and my name is Richard. Maybe I should put that in my signature.

Hi Richard. I used epoxy on one rock on the left. Everything else is just wedged together. My tank is 30" tall and 24" deep. Aquascaping was difficult to say the least. It looks much better in person.

I am in San Fernando, yes the city. Its sadder when people in the San Fernando Valley didn't even know there is a SF city in it lol.

I work in Chatsworth. I don't have a tank, but am a lending hand.
