the "hammer" is a frogspawn/hammer hybrid, I have one myself. They have green tentacles but the purple is elongated like a hammer

Oh Jeez, that is a hammer and so is yours. About half the hammers that come in have green tentacles. A frogspawn would have purple (or pink or brown or green) bumps all along the lenght of the tentacles.

Mr. Stomato,

That is one beautiful RBTA. It reminds me of the roses of old.

I agree with phender, it is a branching hammer coral, I have the same thing in my tank you can also tell from the tips of the tenticles, frogspawn tips are perfect circles, hammer is a bit more oddly shapped, both look very similar to each other in color so I can see how you could make the confussion it was a "hybrid"

Here's my pair of percs and their cucumber that has taking a liking to the Carpet.

The carpet is a traveler, so everything moves with it.

Here is their new home I hope they find soon.

Won't the carpet anemonie's close up over your fish and eat them? I read that very large rhodactis, elephant ears and carpet anemonies will do this.

That's pretty cool. I've been thinking of putting some in with my percs since my 12 is too small for an anemone.
