are you sure those are RPE'S they look like purple lips to me,a lot of people around here call them RPE'S,can anyone tell me why?

the person i bought from said they were rpes? mmm they look like other rpe's i have seen..but im kinda new at this..let me know..i dont wanna scream i have true rpes if i dont!! but then again they might look a little different in couple days/weeks..just got them to open under new lights after 3 weeks of them being mad and closed alot.. they might color up? I will take a better pic tomorrow as well now that they are all opened
