Shipping clams and oxygen needs

I have a cousin going to the far east soon, he'll send me some clams if I want(okay, if I have too,lol) What are the O2 requirements of clams. Like fish? Or can I get away with having it shipped without O2? Thanks

your going to need CITES permits to import/export them. if you try to do it with out the permits and get caught, the fines are pretty stiff, and the clam will just die.

O2 would be a must for a 30 hour trip
