Folks, I know I may be pretty impressive but I am not psychic, if you send me something from a UPS store and don't include anything in the box, I have no idea what it is for, what happened, who to send it to. This has happened twice in the past month and innevitably I get an angry call wanting to know what has taken so long. Please, include all pertinent info.
