shipping policy?

I placed an order though you on tuesday for second day air, its thursday night and no package, i have called DHL who you used to ship the goods through and have requested a trace, seems the package went from CA to NY to OH and after that they can't seem to find it...I live in colorado.. What is your policy on Something like this? Is there a refund for the shipping cost?

We apologize for the delay. If a 2nd Day or Overnight package is delivered late, we can indeed file a service failure claim with the courier and refund the shipping charges back to you once the claim is approved. It generally only takes only 2-3 days for the claim to be processed.
