Iââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢m looking to get some practice shooting Mantis Shrimpââ"šÂ¬Ã‚¦
Does anyone have a Mantis Shrimp and live somewhat close to HWY 80 in Sac that wouldnââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢t mind me coming over and getting some shots?
In return you would get pictures of your shrimp and reef tankââ"šÂ¬Ã‚¦let me knowââ"šÂ¬Ã‚¦

Alex,
I think I have mentioned to you that I have had a mantis in my reef for about a year. I wouldn't mind you coming over to get some practice. He isn't the easiest to find, as he has lots of area to hide, but your welcome to try sometime.
Pm me if interested.
Thanks,
Donovan

Great Donovan Thanks!, I'd love to spend some time staring at you reef until your mantis pops up :) I will definitelly send you a PM later on today so we can set something up for the very near future :)

they are older pictures with my canon a-85 with and adapter thingy and close up lenses (diopters) its not a real lens but more like a magnifying glass. the make them for most cameras as long as the camera gives you munting options. I even got a set for my new DSLR.
This is what those close up things look like:

you just have to get the correct set for your camera
