If any signs of infection from this incident.
Unless you are having any knd of difficulty- as in hand/limb turning red/erythema, and/or trouble moving the hand/arm;
you don't need to go to an ED- you always could if you would like to
The culprit is usually a Vibrio bacteria-
Use PO (oral) Ciprofloxacin, and you could add Doxycycline to it as well.
If there is ANY erythema- start the Abx before is spreads- b/c if it is infected with this- it will spread quickly <12-24hrs.

OH, and btw- H2O2- hydrogen peroxide- is a great stain remover- does little to sterilize a wound-
