What kind of water did you use.Tank has been cycling going on 2 weeks. Used Dr Tim's stuff to help the cycle. My ammonia and nitrite are both between .5 and 1 ppm. Will these algae go away or should this be a concern.![]()

It might be of the highest quality but it also may not. It seems like alot of algae for 2 weeks. If it is the water quality you will be chasing algae. Consider making your own with a RO system. Clean as much of the algae as you can, do a water change and see if it improves. You can keep the lights off for a few days also.Saltwater from lfs

Usually not until the cycle is done. I do feel that the larger red green legged hermits could survive sewer water. Anything else aI personally wouldnt. With my readings can I add clean up crew yet?
