Should I frag this Maze Brain?

Looks like my Maze Brain is starting to encrust onto some Live rock.
Do you think I can/should frag it? I was hoping a quick slice of a razor should do it!

Can you? Sure.
Should you? Depends on what *you* want to do with it. Personally, I'm looking forward to the day mine 100% encrusts the rock it lives on!

You're going to need more than a razor to cut it. Hard skeleton underneath.

Tile saw is your best friend.

No saw necessary for this fragging..........yet!

I did it Guys and Gals. I Just cut it where it was in the tank with a razor. Very little skeleton was underneath it. Kind of what i was hoping for. Glued well and appears healthy.
It is a very small piece so I am curious on how it will develop!

I will but I have a feeling it going to be a slow progress.

Thinking of cutting one more larger frag if this one continues to do well.

How is this for an update?
the first pic shows size of the mother colony and the three frags. The mother is 6" across.

The small colony on the left is not attached to its mother
