I have a 90g sps tank with 2 tunze 6000 on a multicontroller. I am wondering if 6100's would be too much/overkill? I am trying to minimize dead spots in the tank. Your advice is appreciated.

It will basically double the flow and the force so you will need to gradually ramp up the flow, basically a 6100 on the lowest speed is about equal to a 6000 at 75-80%.
