So, I guess you could say I love my clowns!!!

Mods,
Would you please delete my previous posts that have the huge pictures associated? TYVM!

Very nice! Whatcha got for circulation? One of those Tunze wave boxes?

Oh yeah and what size system? I'm setting up four new tanks and I'm looking for ideas I haven't tried yet....

yes the wavebox for motion, and then two vortechs for circulation, one of the vortech pumps is on the bare bottom of the aquarium pointing up

Awsome pics wdlv theres so many are they all your fish? Thanx for all the pics everyone keep them coming please.

They are clowns that I've kept over the last twelve years. Most of the pics were taken in the last five years.
I have about a dozen resident pairs at the moment. I plan to reduce that by about 50% in the near future in exchance for better living conditions for both for me and for the clowns.

Here are my 2 pairs of clowns. Onyx in my 90, and Picasso's in my Solana.I cant believe I actually figured out how to post my pics...lol

WDLV wish I had the room you must have.

Me too! I'm selling more than half of my collection so I can reclaim some of my basement.

Great thread. Now I am thoroughly confused.

Here's my "sebea". I don't know anymore...

My guess would be H. malu. Look up at WDLV's pic's. He has a very beautiful H. crispa. Note how many tentacles there are on the oral disk, then look at how many tentacles are on your anemones oral disk. His anemone will have a fat, very thick skinned collumn/foot. If I'm right, in comparison, yours would have a thinner skinned skinnier collumn/foot.

I do not agree that yours is a H. malu. I am more likely to go with M. doreensis or H. crispa. Leaning toward the latter.
Take a look at this pic. This is a malu and shows the different length tentacles. There are typically shorter, less densely distributed tentacles in the center of the oral disc than there are around the outer edge.

This is M. doreensis.

This is H. crispa. While yours has shorter, seemingly more sparse tentacles I believe this is due to a bit of starvation in transit.

Ooops I posted my picture in the wrong thread. I meant to post in the anemone thread. I guess I made a mistake. At least I got lucky and had my clown in the picture. Thanks for your input on my anemone.
