Show off your in-wall tanks

dude
been out of town for a bit. i dont have a thread for this tank yet, waiting for the corals to grow. and thanks for the comments.
here is a shot i wanted to post. i think it is an original idea, not sure, and i copied alot from here so time to give back. i wanted to be able to get the magnet cleaner all the way around the tank, so the frame around the viewing sides rest on the cocktail rail and are held in place with cabinet magnets.

Nice feature! Post a link when you have a thread please.

I'm dealing with the corner of my in-wall a little differently. There will be a column at one of my viewing corners, but it's not structural, so there will be a shelled void in the column that I'll be able to pass my magnet through.

But enough of that, let's see more in-walls!

mrcrab, wow. your aquascape is truly unique and inspiring. youve really got an interesting sillhouette there. with the full lighting on it looks great with all the shadows hiding the undersides of the shelf rock.

TY. Can't take credit for it though, I copied Sanjay's 500 gal, around page 28, before the 1st split. I just wish I would have had room for more depth.

couldnt edit my post on the first page, but wanted to post the updated pics after switching to solar tubes

These are just amazing! Maybe one day....a far cry from the 150g I've got running now. I thought I was fancy with my fuge plumbed in the basement : ) I think I'm still in "reefing pre-school" compared to these. Great work!!

Anyone have an in wall tank without the frame around it? The tank being flush with the wall.

My "in-wall" does not have a frame as its open top, but is not flush against the wall.

Thanks Mcliffy2. I am in the process of setting up my 150Gal. My house is modern and I don't like the trim around the tank. Wanted to get ideas on how others are doing it.
