gearing up for a local frag swap.
so far the leds are great, amazing color and i haven't had them long enough to see any really crazy growth. the acans absolutely love the leds, some of the palys are getting to like it.

i got a niiiice deal on one here locally. i couldnt pass it up.

The first one is a green Pocillopora that is endemic to the Ningaloo region of Western Australia
The second is a Acropora Echinata commonly found on the Great Barrier Reef

Can we get a little more info on your prop tank. It looks like its one of those plastic storage containers. If so what do you have running the whole system. I might be inspired

ah, yes the clear bin.
it is a clear restaurant bussing tray that can be found at kitchen supply places. i found one here at kitridge. i will 2x spelling on that. they have a website i do believe.
the whole system is plumbed into my 90 gal that is sitting right next to it. i knocked out a couple wooden panels in my stand to drain the water from the bulkhead to the sump of my tank. from there i have a little return pump that shoots the water back up into it.
the combo is great, the tank/tray is perfect for that light. i have noticed some more intense and brighter oranges in my acans, and some undiscovered greens and yellows in some of my rainbows as well.
i have some more pics of the setup if you would like. let me know what your looking for :wavehand:
i dont mind sharing my setups on here, im sure it helps someone, somewhere :strange:
