I'd imagine that a 280g will do nicely providing the space to swim, rockwork etc. is taken into consideration. Hope it goes well when you upgrade. Are you going to post a build thread?

definetly--I would never think of not profitting from all the guys expert advice on here
Days of doing it on your own are long gone as are making a serious mistake because you didn't ask someone on here first:smokin:

Basic question:
How does one accurately measure a tang. I not making a joke here
They just don't slow down long enough
I suppose you could magic marker your tank in inch markings and wait till it swimms by too.
I am an angler--I am use to taking the fish out of water and putting it on a marker board--but I doubt if I could even catch my blue never mind taking it out and measuring it:lol:

I think angling is the only time you can measure fish. :lmao: and even with that I never catch a fish worth measuring.

Beautiful Tangs Goodwin!

Try using a ruler on the side of your tank. Most fish will swim up to it to check it out.

My fish swim and hide from the ruler...
At first, mine do too, but give it a little time and you should see them checking it out.

Goodwin, I tried looking at your reef cams but it says that Axis cannot be registered with my computer. Do I need Mac or something?

which reef cams? I have vista on my lap top and xp on my stand alone. I'll try accessing them on both

Tried all of them, I remember I could acces them a couple of months ago but I've rebooted my computer since, I installed the Axis media. My PC which has XP on it needs new hard drive so I can't try it with that.
