Shurken Purple Hornets

I tried dipping them in iodide and they still small. They seem to be growing more heads though. I left them alone for while without moving them. My other colony of PH are doing fine.

Please advise.

Excuse my picture, it's from my camera phone

Everything else in my tank is fine and growing like crazy including my red hornets, another colony of purple hornets. I have hundres of japanese zoa's too. I do not think its fish, tank or parameters not in check.

how's the flow and lighting on that area compared to the flow where your other PH/RH's are doing well at?

i moved it up down less flow more flow up top. same thing.

My PH like higher flow and lighting. They live happily under t5's. Some of my other zoas look like that on occassion though. Don't know what causes it. I am assuming some nocturnal creature in my tank comes out and stings them at night.
