sick angel pic help

my singapore angel seems to have what looks like some white lumps and spikes around his face and white lines on both of his sides,the first two pics in my gallery ,

I couldn't see much from the photos other than it looks like there is some deterioration along the lateral line. This could be the early phases of Marine Head and Lateral Line Erosion, but I can't be sure without a better image.

i cheked out the link and it looks like you right ,im trying to pull him out but hes no having it,sorry i couldnt get a better pic my camera skills are as bad a my aquarium skills, thanks for your time.
