Sick bi-color blenny.Peassse help!!

My blenny is sick. It started with swollen belly and after a week he turned pale and his eyes are cloudy.He still eats. I fead him with algy sheet,mysis shrimp and Spectrum Thera-A Anti-Parasitic Formula.I also add Selcon to tht food.

***Water quality readings (Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, PH, Temp, Salinity)

***Filtration

Amonia 0,nitrite 0,nitrate 3,Ph 8.3,temp 80,salnity 1.026.
Filtration auxiliary plenum system,protein skimmer,UV ster,fluval 303 with poly filter,ESV carbon and Rowa phos in it

Quarantine the fish and treat with a broad spectrum antibiotic.

As I`m establishing QT,what antibiotic would you recomend.

I would suggest Furanase. Other good choices are Maracyn-Two, nitrofurazone, Kanamycin and neomycin.
