Sick clown fish - help please

Yesterday my female Oscillaris Clown Fish developed something immediately below her bottom lip. I have taken some photos, sorry for the bad pics but it is the best my camera can do. Any idea what she has? My basic water parameters are good and she is swimming, eating and acting normally. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I quarenteened her and doesed with antibiotics. In less than a day the symptom went away. I thought great I'm all set; I finished the antibiotic regiment as called out on antibiotics box an then returned her to the main tank. Within hours it came back.

If it's coming back within just a few hours, then it might have something to do with your water quality. Are your nitrate levels high?
Is the temperature at 78F?
Do you have other aggressive fish harassing him?
