Sick Dwarf Seahorse

I ordered a dozen dwarf seahorses which arrived last week. The past few days one is laying on its side but still breathing. I have separated it from the rest in another small container. Any ideas appreciated. I can't see anything on it and it is thin, got it that way. The rest are just fine.

Are your SH WC?

How long has the tank been running?

Tank parameters? ("fine" isn't the answer) provide SG, pH, NH3, NO3, and temp at the very minimum.

Did the SH ever eat? What was it eating?

Any tankmates?

a dozen dwarfs would require a substantial amount of live bbs daily if i am not mistaken. are you hatching your own ?
