The wife mentioned lastnight after the tank was dark that she noticed something, I couldn't get a look until I got home from work today. Here is what is progressing:

I have uploaded new pictures with red circles around what appears to be a rotting spot around the fishs' anus, lower, rear, belly-fin-section.

Yes, that's the technical explanation. Unless you want something explained about the SAR of an I-Band Radar.

I would look into some sort of antibiotic like neomycin. There should be a pet version available. I can't guarantee that's the best approach, but it's a start.

It appears to be some sort of fin rot, but without a better picture, its too hard to get a positive ID.
