Sick Nem ID Request

I hope someone will be able to ID this guy. I saw him at a Petco. I have not purchased it, I know it is sick. But I can't for the life of me decide what it is. The LFS has had it for 3 weeks and isn't feeding it or giving it proper lighting.

It is listed as a carpet but the tentacles (what's left of them) look too big for a carpet. Also, I can't think of any carpet nem with verrucae like that. "Expert opinions" welcome.

I don't see any gigantea pics. Pictures in Post #3 all are Atlantic carpet. As EC stated, you don't want this in your tank. It's known to be a verrocious fish eater and can eat your clowns as well.

Oh yeah, no worries I'm not buying a S. Helianthus. I know that name. I meant the pic at the store on the price tag, below the tank.

Here's another photo showing verrucae. The OP anemone has been starving for a while - doesn't even have tentacles left...

Ya, that's really sad. Especially knowing how hardy helianthus is. Someone had to be really really really horrible to this animal to get it into such poor shape.
