Silence 1073.05 pump instructions?

I ordered a Tunze silence pump from Amazon, and the owners manual I got with the pump comes in multiple languages except English (Italian looks like one, maybe Russian, but no english). I see on the MD website that they have a link to a manual which has different languages in it including english. My question is, is it the same pump and OK to use on our outlets?

You should have two manuals, one has Russian, Italian and Spanish, the other has German, English and French and the languages alternate near the illustration they refer to, their is not a "section" of English but rather the languages alternate in that order paragraph after paragraph. Their is only one 1073.050, it works anywhere in the world, if you have the proper US plug power supply, you are all set.

OK, that's what I get opening the box at night, I see the other manual now.

Holy cr@p this things silent! I had an eheim 1262 on the tank before, but this even makes the eheim have a noticeable noise (it was getting on in years though). I had to check if the tunze was running and is making my tank dead silent.
