siphon flow rate

I'm using a 1 in. pipe for a full siphon drain. I know this pipe will flow 58 gals a min. Is that flowing full siphon for a vertical gravity run rate?

How big of a drop do you have? A 1" PVC pipe with 3' of drop will drain a little over 2000gph.
