Skimmer for 54g corner tank

Just as title says I'm trying to find a good skimmer for my 54g corner tank. I will be building custom sump for this tank because there isn't much room under the stand. So I plan to use a 15g tall tank and I'll have my baffles cut at a local shop. I want to get a skimmer that people have had good experiences with I'm new to saltwater and am a bit lost trying to piece my system together. Any advice is appreciated very much. Thank you

I'd look at a space saver model ( pump inside skimmer body). I like aquamaxx for price, quality, and most importantly production. The aquamaxx cones co-1 would be great. Sea side aquatics es5 would be good also.

I agree that you are going to want a SS skimmer. I have a 54 corner with a 29g tall as my sump with a Reef Octopus 150 classic. It works but is tight and I sure wish I had gone with a SS.
I am partial to Reef Octopus but ATM BRS has a daily deal on a Skims SN 123. It has gotten good reviews and right under $ 200
