I got the 3 4100's mounted but haven't glued them up yet. I bit the bullet and ordered the Dwyer RMA-22 so work through a handfull of venturi designs to see which is best before I make anything permenant....

That skimmer looks pretty tough. The kid better watch out, I think that skimmer could take him.

You did a kick butt job on that skimmer.

Thanks- Here's another updated pic....I mounted the silencer brackets and finished mounting the twistlock flange. I also mounted and routed the flange that the coned riser screws onto, as well as sizing and gluing the o-ring...This thing has been a lot of frikin work! It's about 90% done now though....

Nah still waiting for it. He said he would be shipping it off this week. That and the 4th pump are all I'm waiting on really. Well, I'm not going to glue up the plumbing until I get the RMA-22 in that I ordered....Gotta get the venturis right!

So..........that's going to be connected directly to the ocean correct? Pacific or Atlantic?

Looks sweet

That is awesome work. Looks like the finest out there...If you had time to dedicate, how long from start to finish would it take you to build it?

You really should consider it as a line of work. You and Farmer could corner the skimmer market! Why not?!? They already think you and Farmer are commercial!!! LOL

Just thinking out loud...

If the pieces came precut and you just assembled and tested, could cut time and costs...

If the pieces came already cut, not much time at all....Maybe a a couple of days? If I was able to get all of the flat pieces cut via CNC, it would be an easy job. When you have to shape and route everything by hand, it takes a lot more time. I had to make wooden jigs for EVERYTHING!
